Our monthly potluck
On the first Tuesday of every month, our fellowship hall fills up for “More Fun Together” — a potluck open to the whole congregation and community. Good food, good company, and a standing invitation.

Cookies for those working the night shift
Every Christmas Eve, our congregation delivers cookies and baked goods to those who keep Colby running while everyone else celebrates: the police department, the fire station, the hospital, elder-care facilities, a local hotel, and gas stations. We also prepare Christmas gift boxes for Options, which serves families experiencing domestic violence.

Steady care, week after week
Genesis-Thomas County Food Pantry
We provide ongoing financial gifts and regularly collect non-perishable food, toiletries, and cleaning products for our local food pantry.
Souper Bowl of Caring
Each year on Super Bowl Sunday, we join the national Souper Bowl of Caring movement to collect food and funds for those facing hunger.
Our Earth Care Pledge
Caring for our neighbors also means caring for the place we all share. Our Session has adopted the PC(USA) Earth Care Pledge — in practice, that means recycling (including electronics), tending a butterfly garden on our grounds, and working to limit paper and Styrofoam use around the church.
